Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or UK public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, there may be a slight delay. Please allow additional time during busy periods.

We ship orders using Royal Mail and DPD.
Delivery times vary depending on the courier and destination. Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.
Where We Ship
We ship to any UK postage address.

Lost or Damaged Packages
RD Livestock Limited Shop is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or damaged by the courier.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact the courier directly to file a claim.
We will assist where possible but cannot guarantee courier compensation.
